NexGard Spectra is a monthly, one-tablet chewable treatment formulated for large breed dogs, protecting them from a broad range of internal and external parasites, including:

• Fleas
• Ticks
• Lungworm
• Roundworm

It also protects against demodex, sarcoptes, hookworm, and whipworm, and prevents heartworm — giving your dog comprehensive, all-in-one parasite protection every month.

How It Works

NexGard Spectra combines two active ingredients — afoxolaner and milbemycin oxime — for broad-spectrum efficacy:

• Afoxolaner targets the nervous system of fleas and ticks by binding to GABA- and glutamate-gated chloride channels, causing hyperexcitation and death of the parasite.
• Milbemycin oxime disrupts nerve transmission in internal parasites, leading to their elimination.

Together, these ingredients deliver reliable, month-long protection against both external and internal threats.

Storage

Keep each chew in its blister pack, stored inside the original box away from light until use. Dispose of any unused tablets responsibly via your vet or a DOOP (Disposal of Old Pharmaceuticals) bin.

Safety Information

Do not use NexGard Spectra on:

• Puppies under 8 weeks old
• Dogs weighing less than 2kg
• Animals other than dogs
• Pregnant, lactating, or breeding animals

For dogs over 8 months living in heartworm-endemic areas, consult your vet before use.

How to Administer

Simply give the flavored chewable tablet orally. If your dog won't take it directly, it can be mixed into their food for easy administration.
